Shamonic Reiki
comes from the lineage of Sista Maria Lainer from Chicago, IL. It is a holistic healing method that combines the energy healing of Usi Reiki with Shamanic Earth-based techniques to identify imbalances and support individuals in freeing themselves from their root causes.
Deliberate Care
Deliberate care is an invitation to make purposeful choices about self-care as an extension of caring for the collective. Rooted in the core value of interdependence, deliberate care involves taking intentional actions toward our own well-being. This, in turn, allows us to be more grounded, present, centered, and aware of our connections to others. When we are healthy, whole, and healed, it positively impacts how we engage with and support those around us. By honoring our deliberate care practices and boundaries, we shift away from hyper-individualism and toward mutuality, recognizing that our self-care and boundaries are as important as those of others. In essence, self-care is a shared practice, essential for everyone involved.
Meditation
is a practice of devotion that tends to your inner world, focuses your mind, cultivates inner peace, and develops your intuition.
Paqo Inca Shamanism

A Paqo is a person who connects, communicates with the spirits of nature, with the wind, Pachamama, Apus, and different sacred spirits of light that are like angels. They work with the 3 sacred dimensions that are: Hanan Pacha, Kay Pacha, and Ukju Pacha, that give offerings to the sacred spirits, and ask for their help in order to help his/her community, which is a messenger of nature.
Ritual
Malidoma Patrice Somé describes ritual as a profound and essential practice that connects individuals to their community, ancestors, and the spiritual world. According to Somé, rituals are not just ceremonial acts but are vital for maintaining harmony and balance in life. They serve as a means to communicate with the spirit world, seek guidance, healing, and support, and ensure the well-being of both individuals and the community as a whole. Rituals are seen as transformative experiences that can bring about personal and communal growth, healing, and a deeper understanding of one's place in the universe.
Polyvagal Theory
developed by Stephen Porges and expanded by Deb Dana, explores how the autonomic nervous system, particularly the vagus nerve, influences emotional regulation, social connection, and responses to stress. Dana emphasizes the practical application of Polyvagal Theory in therapeutic and coaching settings, focusing on how understanding the three neural circuits—the ventral vagal (social engagement), the sympathetic (fight-or-flight), and the dorsal vagal (shutdown)—can help individuals recognize and shift their physiological states to enhance well-being and resilience.
Grief tending
grief tending is the practice of consciously and compassionately attending to and processing grief. Weller emphasizes the importance of community and ritual in this process, encouraging people to create safe and supportive spaces where they can express and honor their grief. This practice acknowledges that grief is a natural and necessary part of life, and tending to it allows for healing, transformation, and a deeper connection to oneself and others.
